For nurseries

Nursery groups are invited to join us on an age-appropriate journey of discovery through the Sudeten German Museum. Lots of stories, hunts and guessing games are included along the way. Before or after visiting the museum, the children are given time and space for creative activities in our Museum Education Workshop.

Our programme for nurseries follows the Bavarian Education and Development Plan for Children in Daycare Facilities (BayBEP).

If you are interested in a guided tour for your nursery group, please contact the museum educator:
vermittlung@sudetendeutsches-museum.de

Our programme for nursery groups will shortly be available here.

For school groups

Through selected topics and objects presented in combination with action-oriented methods, schoolchildren are given diverse insights into the history of the Sudeten Germans. The tours are carefully planned to reflect the general interests of schoolchildren.

The permanent exhibition provides many interdisciplinary and subject-specific references to the Bavarian curriculum, including in the areas of history, German language and literature, social studies, geography/earth science, art, handicrafts, religion, ethics and music. We are happy to receive individual requests.
